Zane Bennett Contemporary Art announces the annual group exhibit, “A Square Foot of Humor.” The exhibit will be up Nov. 30-Jan. 8. The show will open with a reception from 5-7 p.m. Nov. 30 at 435 S. Guadalupe St., Santa Fe. For more information, visit zanebennettgallery.com.

“Metal and Mud — Iron and Pottery” features the work of 10 Spanish Market artists working in the media of iron and micaceous clay. The exhibit opens at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Spanish Colonial Arts Society, 750 Camino Lejo, on Museum Hill. There will be gallery talks by the artists between 2-4 p.m.

“Pentti Sammallahti —Here Far Away,”opens with a reception from 5-7 p.m. Dec. 7 at photo-eye Gallery, 376-A Garcia St., Santa Fe.

The 30th Annual Invitational Theme Show, “Universal Expression, Change,” opens with a reception from 5-8:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Weyrich Gallery/The Rare Vision Art Galerie, 2935 D, Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque.
