Heflin-Pan Wedding

Lara Heflin, PhD and David Pan, PhD were married on May 28, 2011 at Hacienda Dona Andrea in Cerrillos.
The bride is the daughter of Harry Heflin of Duarte, Calif. and Dawn Allard of San Diego, Calif.
The groom is the son of Paul and Jasmine Pan of White Rock.
The maid of honor was Tanya Rice of San Diego, Calif., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Borders, Sindy Oh-Liverant and Jessica Brommelhoff, graduate school friends of the bride.
The best man was Jesse Lorenz of Phoenix, Ariz., college friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Kent Sabo, John Bilderbeck and Jose Bilderbeck, college friends of the groom.
Anita Idiculla and Poorni Otilingam, friends of the bride and groom, performed the ceremony. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Hacienda.
Lara graduated from Acton Boxborough High School in 1996. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and creative writing at Florida State University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Southern California.
David is a 1998 graduate of Los Alamos High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stanford University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Southern California.
