School budgets only go so far before some items are left out. To help get these supplies to Los Alamos High School teachers and employees, the Topper Parent Organization compiled a wish list and is asking the community to help cross items off the list.

The math department is requesting chisel tipped Expo dry erase markers in blue, black, red, green and purple by the dozen.

Also on the list are Expo wet erase overhead pens/markers in the same colors by the dozen, 15-20 Scantrons-Apperson item #25110 TI Math Explorer Calculators, Duracell AAA batteries, Energizer button batteries ECR1616BP, a computer projector, a document projector and a storage cabinet with a lock.

C. Holland at the high school is requesting one box of colored file folders, one box of clear transparencies and one small classroom refrigerator.

English and School of Choice teacher Whitney Pomeroy is asking for Triazzle puzzles, Rubics cubes, any hands-on art supplies, such as modeling clay, pipe cleaners and popsicle sticks; and Scrabble board games

K. Facer at the high school included on the wish list an art/photo display system for walls and hallways, called TrapEase Display Rail.

H. Beemer at the school is requesting a program that helps students work on pitch range and loudness to benefit autistic students. Information on this item available is at web.riverdeep.net.

The main office staff could use boxes of tissues and the nurse’s office is looking for healthy snacks such as granola bars and canned fruit with pop off lids.

Donated items may be brought to the main office at LAHS, marked for the recipient.
