THE STORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WAS WEAKENING AS IT MOVED NORTHEAST AT CLOSE TO 10 MPH. HIGH RUNOFF AND FLOWS IN ARROYOS... SMALL STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE DOWNSTREAM FROM WHITE ROCK AND IN THE LOWER PORTIONS OF SANTA CLARA CANYON UNTIL ABOUT 830 PM.
