Cabresto Lake: The lake and campground closed May 14 and will stay closed for about six months while the dam is being rebuilt.

Charette Lakes: Fishing was fair using Power Bait and Pistol Petes for trout. Fishing was fair using worms and Power Bait for perch.

Cimarron River: Fishing was good using bead head pheasant tails, Cimarron worms and bead head red San Juan worms. A few fish were also taken on night crawlers and small spinners. Water flow below Eagle Nest Lake as of Monday was 49 cfs.
