The Family YMCA is offering Zumbatomic, a fitness class for kids from 2:15-3 p.m. Wednesday, beginning Sept. 7.
This fast-forward fusion of the Zumba program’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts are designed to let kids combine fun and fitness all at the same time.
Classes are free to all youth in the community. Parents are required to sign a liability form prior to the child attending the class. Annie Trujillo-Garcia is the instructor.
For more information, visit www.laymca.org or call 662-3100. Financial assistance is available thanks to United Way of Northern New Mexico, “Strong Kids” Annual Campaign and other contributors.
