July 11

Ashley Sullivan was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of stopping, standing or parking her car along restricted or prohibited streets and failing to pay court costs/fines. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs. Sentencing has been deferred until Aug.9. She was also assigned community service.

Joe Martinez was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Leonard Maestas, Jr. was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a sign. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Christopher E. Gast was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of having an expired registration and no insurance. He was fined $225 and ordered to pay $92 in court fees.

Philip W. Grogin was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

July 15

Roslyn R. Vivolo was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay court fines and/or costs, and failing to appear in court. She was fined $100 and $146 in court costs.

Michelle Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of stopping, standing or parking her car on restricted or prohibited streets. She was fined $50.

Tomasita J. Bumpus was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Allison S. Majure was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of improper standing, stopping or parking. She was fined $50.

Lisa A. Morales was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Gregory S. Erpenbeck was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to obey a traffic signal. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

July 22

Matthew Wolk was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of not possessing a building permit. The defendant was fined $500, with $250 suspended granted the defendant obtains a Los Alamos County Building Permit and inspection within 30 days of entry of this judgment and sentence. He was also ordered to pay $41 in court costs.

Vicente Valdez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay. The defendant was ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Juan B. Herrera was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to obey a traffic signal. The defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

July 23

Charles K. Burnett was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of battery and driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs. He was sentenced to one year and 182 days of supervised probation and ordered to pay $314 in court costs.

Antonio Apodaca was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of speeding one to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit and driving with a revoked license. The defendant was ordered to serve 7 days at Sandoval County Detention Center. In addition, he will be under unsupervised probation for 60 days. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $142 in court costs.
