June 19

Angela Kosler was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay fines or court costs. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

June 20

Ryan Trujillo was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal court of failing to appear in court/failing to pay fines and court costs. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $238 in court costs.

Ted L. Heath was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of having an expired registration. He was fined $25 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Geraldine Quintana was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs with a blood alcohol level of .08. The original charge was aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (bodily injury as a result).
Quintana was ordered to pay $241 in court costs.
She was also ordered to undergo a year of supervised probation.
Probation conditions include: Defendant will meet with probation officers within seven days and maintain contact as instructed.
Defendant shall pay $25 a month in probation fees; payment to be made with the Los Alamos Municipal Court. The defendant is to participate in alcohol education classes or treatment to be determined based on the results of a substance use assessment, at the discretion of the probation officer and upon approval of the court. The defendant shall enter, participate in and successfully complete DWI school within 90 days. The defendant shall enter participate in and successfully complete the Victim Impact Program within 90 days.
Defendant must also obtain an ignition interlock license and have an interlock ignition device installed on all vehicles defendant drives for one year. The defendant will pay all costs associated with installing the interlock devices as well.
Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation. Defendant shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment. Defendant must contact the probation officer prior to leaving New Mexico.
The defendant must also complete 24 hours of community service.

Gavin Joseph Gata was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $276 in court costs.
He was also assigned a year of supervised probation.
Probation conditions include: Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation.
Defendant shall enter and participate in alcohol/drug screening with any treatment, counseling or program with at least six sessions recommended by the screener.
Shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment. Defendant shall not possess a firearm, destructive device or weapon. Defendant will meet with probation officers within seven days and maintain contact as instructed.
Defendant shall pay $25 a month in probation fees.

June 21

Nicolas Shane was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay fines or court costs. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

June 22

Aleah Stahl was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court and speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. She was fined $125 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

June 23

Zulma Hodges was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

June 24

James C. Larkin was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Whitney Peterson was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of having an expired registration. Peterson was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Mark Frauenglass was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

June 25

Gerald Martin was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of criminal damage to property (household member, less than $1,000)
Martin was fined $600 and was ordered to pay $126 in court costs.

Juan Zhawg was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of shoplifting ($250 or less).
Zhawg was fined $500 and ordered to pay $73 in court costs.

Jennie Garcia was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs with a blood alcohol level of .08. The original charge was aggravated driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs with a blood alcohol level of .16 or above.
Garcia was fined $500 and ordered to pay $241 in court costs. She was sentenced to serve four days at the Los Alamos Detention Center and ordered to undergo two years of supervised probation.
