June 11

Joe Archuleta was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court on two counts of aggravated battery. He was ordered by the court to pay $126 in court fees and undergo a year of supervised probation.
Probation conditions include:
Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation.
Defendant shall make restitution as ordered. The defendant will pay restitution to the court for the victims up to $300 per victim. Defendant will continue VA treatment, six months weekly, as well as anger management classes.
Defendant shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment. Shall not possess a firearm, destructive device or weapon.

June 12

Kathrine Lea was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving without insurance. She was fined $200 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Michael Barkhudarov was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of stopping, standing or parking restricted or prohibited on certain streets.
He was fined $50.

Keith Stephens was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
June 13

Danielle Rodriguez was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of two counts of disorderly conduct. Rodriguez was ordered to pay $126 in court fees and undergo six months probation.
Probation conditions include:
Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation.
Defendant shall enter and participate in alcohol/drug screening with any treatment, counseling or program with at least six sessions recommended by the screener.
Defendant shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment. Shall not possess a firearm, destructive device or weapon. Defendant shall submit to random urinalysis tests once a month. Defendant shall also fax results to court for six months by the 15th of every month. Defendant will meet with probation officers within seven days and maintain contact as instructed.

Brock A. Koehler was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $148 in court fees and undergo six months of probation.
Probation conditions include:
Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation.

Margaret A. Armstrong was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving without insurance and an expired registration. She was fined $125 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Robert Forsyth was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of stopping, standing or parking restricted or prohibited on certain streets.
He was fined $50.

Thomas Fogle was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
June 14

Alyssa Salazar was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Brian Glover was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to obey a traffic signal. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Brittni Gregory was found guilty by the Los Alamo Municipal Court of improper stopping, standing or parking. She was fined $50.
June 15

Robert A. Bauer was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
June 17

Mark E. Vigil was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
