May 8

John Bishop Abraham was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $6 in court costs.
May 9

Tina M. Forsman entered a no contest plea for failing to appear in Los Alamos Municipal Court and having an expired registration.
She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Adelaida C. Valdez entered a no contest plea in Los Alamos Municipal court for having an expired registration. She was fined $25 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Mark L. Garcia was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court for having an expired registration for his vehicle. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Elizabeth C. Bennett was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of having an expired registration. She was fined $25 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Gary Stoopes was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
May 10

Maria E. Perez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of having an expired registration on a vehicle. She was fined $120 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Rachel Andreatta was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to use seat belts. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

May 13

Marie Dorothy Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of speeding one to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $15 and ordered to pay $86 in court costs.

Benjamin H. Abbott was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay a non-traffic related fine. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $41 in court costs.

Algis V. Urbaitis was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay a court fine and speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Dakota Coghill was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of trespass. He was ordered to pay $41 in court costs. He received a deferred June 13 sentence as well as community service.

May 14

Victor Medina was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids (one to eight ounces).
He was ordered to pay $201 in court costs.
He was sentenced to 180 days of supervised probation.
Defendant shall pay $25 a month in probation fees; payment to be made with the Los Alamos Municipal Court. Defendant to be drug tested once a month. Defendant to provide valid license within 90 days.

Laurence Peña was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to possess a valid chauffeur/operator license. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Colleen M. Vantiem was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Moxuda Vyas was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Vyas received a deferred July 12 sentence as well as defensive driving school.
