April 17

David Pimentel was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Qiang Wang was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Lois Vigil was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for failing to yield/stop at a sign. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Carol E. Ruud was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

April 18

Rogelio Anaya was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $201 in court costs.
He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation. Defendant shall pay $25 a month in probation fees. Defendant will also enter and participate in all alcohol and drug screening programs, with at least six sessions recommended.

Michael Goda was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of careless driving (careless, inattentive or imprudent). He was ordered to pay $81 in court costs and undergo 90 days of supervised probation. Defendant shall pay $25 a month in probation fees.

Moses Salazar was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of criminal damage to property (under $1,000). He was ordered to pay $73 in court costs and serve a year of supervised probation. Defendant shall pay $25 a month in probation fees. Defendant will also enter and participate in all alcohol and drug screening programs, with at least six sessions recommended.
The defendant shall make restitution as ordered.

Mark A. Martinez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court and failing to pay his fines and/or court costs. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Kelly G. Gallagher was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay her fines and/or court costs. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Tracy S. Smith was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay fines and/or court costs and having an expired license plate while parked. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Geoffrey Fairchild was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

April 19

Xiaoyue Guan was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay his fines and/or court costs and speeding 16 to 20 miles an hour over the limit. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Jeolary Inoferio was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Bonnie J. Gordon was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for failing to yield/stop at a sign. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

April 22

Valerie Dominguez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay her fines and/or court costs. She was fined $25 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
Jason Ebelacker was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay his fines and/or court costs and speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the limit. He was fined $125 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Felina R. Trujillo was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court (two counts) and speeding six to 10 miles and hour over the speed limit.
She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $138 in court costs. She was given a June 20 deferred sentence.

Rachal L. Allen was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of improper backing. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jay D. Garcia was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving without car insurance, speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit and expired registration. He was fined $150 and $138 in court costs. He also received a June 21 deferred sentence.

April 23

David Rael was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving without car insurance, failing to appear in court, driving with a suspended or revoked license and an expired registration. Rael was fined $425 ordered to pay $330 in court costs. His license was suspended and he was also ordered to spend 15 days in jail.

Jose I. Rangel was found guilty of being in contempt of court/probation violation by the Los Alamos Municipal Court. He was ordered to spend three days in jail and pay $46 in court costs.

Corinne Montoya was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay fines and/or court costs, and having an expired license plate. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Larry Bobo was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. Defendant received credit for time served in jail will only serve 30 days in jail as a result. He must serve at least seven of those days consecutively, with a choice of serving the remaining 23 through payment and the Los Alamos Municipal Court Electronic Monitoring Program.
Defendant must also pay a $999 fine within 90 days of the sentence. Defendant was also ordered to pay $231 in court costs. Defendant will also undergo a year of supervised probation.
