March 5

Dustin Herbert was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of disorderly conduct. The original charge was use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $73 in court costs.
The defendant was assigned 182 days of supervised probation.
Conditions of probation include obeying all laws and not be arrested or convicted of any other offense while on probation. Defendant will comply with all conditions of probation. The defendant shall not enter an establishment that buys or sells alcohol. Defendant shall not possess a firearm, destructive device or weapon. Defendant must meet with probation officer within seven days and maintain contact.
The victim must also pay $25 a month in probation fees to the court.

Chelsea Cavasos was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of improper turning. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Benjamin G. Stewart was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 miles per hour over the speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
March 7

Los Alamos Municipal Court found Barbara Pacheco-Gonzales guilty of failing to yield or stop at a sign and failing to pay. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Kamille F. Chavez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Chavez was ordered to pay $46 in court costs. Sentencing is deferred until May 7.

Von H. Whitley was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a sign. He was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and attend defensive driving school. Sentence was deferred until May 5.

Levi Guarello-Payen was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of not having car insurance. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Irene J. Beyerlein was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a sign. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs

Robert J. Baker was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Baker was ordered to pay $46 in court costs as well as attend defensive driving school. Sentencing is deferred until May 9.

Crystal D. Owen was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Owen was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and attend defensive driving school. Sentencing is deferred until May 9.

Diego R. Dalvit was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 miles per hour over the speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
