Feb. 28

Sharon D. Fogle was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving 36 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. She was ordered to pay $46 in court costs, perform community service and attend defensive driving school. Her sentence has been deferred until May 28.

Billy Montoya was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. Defendant was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Chandana Gangodagamage was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Julia E. Montoya was found guilty in municipal court of causing a car accident by following too closely. Defendant was ordered to pay $46 in court costs, attend defensive driving school and perform community service. Sentence was deferred until May 28.

Tammy Jo Morris was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Bryan Spaulding was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield/stop at sign. Defendant was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and attend defensive driving school.

Jeremiah D. Morris was found guilty in municipal court of crashes involving damage to a vehicle and failing to appear in court. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Yong Zeng was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield/stop at sign. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Dana Dandrea was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield/stop at sign. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
March 5

Austin Cox was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of disorderly conduct. The original charge was battery against a household member.
The defendant must serve 182 days of supervised probation.

Correction

In the Feb. 20 edition of the Los Alamos Monitor, it was reported that David M. Oschwald was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. It was erroneously reported he was ordered to attend defensive driving school. He did not.
