Feb. 20

Denise L. McCoy was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Feb. 21

Alexander N. Gentry was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass. Gentry was sentenced to three days in the Los Alamos County Detention Center and 364 days of supervised probation. He was also fined $50 ordered to pay $201 in court costs.

In a separate case, Alexander N. Gentry was found guilty of larceny (less than $250) and criminal trespass. Gentry was sentenced to three days in the Los Alamos County Detention Center and 364 days of supervised probation. He was also ordered to pay $126 in court costs.

Zandree Stidham was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield/stop at sign. Stidham was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Feb. 22

Bradford Storey was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Feb. 25

Robert J. Coyne was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6-10 miles an hour over the speed limit, three counts of failure to appear in court, and having no registration for his vehicle. Coyne was fined $250 and ordered to pay $230 in court costs.

Michael Casias was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving. He owes $46 in court fees, and his sentence is deferred until April 25.

Jerilynn T. Christiansen was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Los Alamos Municipal Court found Shannon M. Doyle guilty of speeding 11-15 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Noah Ferry was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Mark Frauenglass was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Feb. 26

Lorenzo Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court in the interference of lawful hunting. According to court documents, he had unlawfully killed an elk. He received a deferred sentence, provided he fulfills the conditions of the court, which includes 182 days of unsupervised probation. If completed successfully and without violation, charges will be dismissed, but a record of the charge will still exist. He was also ordered to pay $73 in court costs.

Hal Marshall was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court in the interference of lawful hunting. According to court documents, he was in unlawful possession of an elk carcass. He received a deferred sentence, provided he fulfills the conditions of his sentence, which entails 182 days of unsupervised probation. If completed successfully and without violation, charges will be dismissed, but a record of the charge will still exist. He was also ordered to pay $73 in court costs.

Angelica Baca was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of making an improper lane change, two counts of failing to appear in court or pay fine.
She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $235 in court costs.

Kelly G. Gallagher was found guilty through Citepay for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.
