Jan. 30

Les E. Templeton was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He was also fined $750 and ordered to pay $356 in court fees. He was also ordered to undergo a substance abuse assessment and have interlock devices installed on all of his vehicles.

Gina Koehler was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the limit. She was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court costs.

Tanya Lopez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the limit, failing to appear in court and failing to pay her fines/court costs. She was ordered to pay a $150 fine and $138 in court costs.

Abigail L. Greco was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of causing an accident through careless driving. She was ordered to pay $46 in court costs. Sentencing deferred until April 30.

Jose M. Sansinena was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a sign, which caused an accident. Sansinena was ordered to pay $46 in court cost. Sentencing deferred until March 29.

Stephanie Street was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the limit and failing to appear in court. She was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $92 in court costs.

Charles Campbell was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield left on a right-of-way, causing an accident. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Michael D. Pacheco was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the limit. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court costs.

Rachel A. George was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the limit in a school zone. She was ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
She was also ordered to do community service and attend defensive driving school. Sentencing is deferred until March 31.

Isaiah E. Cisneros was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of assault on a police officer. The original charge was aggravated assault on a peace officer using a deadly weapon.
The defendant was ordered to pay $73 in court costs.
The defendent must also pay $25 a month in probation fees to the Los Alamos Municipal Court and $25 a month to the probation officer.
Sentence will be deferred after completion of probationary period.

Angelina C. Naranjo was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the limit, failing to appear in court and failing to pay her fines/court costs. She was ordered to pay a $125 fine and $138 in court costs.

Blanca L. Silva was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and fined $75.

Christopher K. Binns was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and fined $75.

Laurel A. Valentine was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving. He was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and ordered to attend defensive driving school. Sentence is deferred until April 4.

Sohyang Park was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and fined $75.

Geronimo A. Lopez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving, two counts of expired registration and two counts of failing to appear in court. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay $230 in court costs.

Stanley D. Primak was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of battery. The original charge was aggravated battery.
Primak was ordered to pay $73 in court costs and sentenced to 182 days of unsupervised probation.
The defendant must also pay $25 a month in probation fees. The defendant is allowed non-abusive contact with his victim, based on the victim’s stated wishes as provided to the court.

Isaac O. Pearson was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
The defendant was ordered to pay $241 in court costs and serve probation.

Bradley Hughes was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court for use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Defendant was sentenced to serve at Los Alamos County Detention Center for 364 days with 334 days suspended; leaving 30 days to serve. Defendant was also sentenced to 364 days probation and fined $100. Defendant was also ordered to pay $148 in court costs.
