Jan. 23

Nathan Hohner was found guilty through the Los Alamos Municipal Court’s Citepay system of failing to pay a speeding ticket. The original charge was for driving six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit.
For both charges, Hohner was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $92 in court costs.

Stephen. S. Moore was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court fees.

Phyllis A. Foley was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court fees.

Stephen L. Weller was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $75 fine and $46 in court fees.

Jan. 24

Dee Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $73 in court costs and serve 182 days of unsupervised probation.

Javier Dominguez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of two counts of failure to appear/failure to pay. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $190 in court fees.

Richard Trujillo was found guilty and received a deferred sentence in Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $75 fine and $46 in court fees. He was also ordered to attend defensive driving school. His sentence has been deferred until March 24.

Jesse Vanvessem was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to obey a traffic sign. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Jenna L. Montoya was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay a $75 fine and $46 in court fees.

Katherine M. Anderson was found guilty and given a deferred sentence in Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding 6 to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay $46 in court fees. Sentencing was deferred until March 24 and she was also ordered to attend defensive driving school.

Larry D. Roybal was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a stop sign and was also found guilty of failure to maintain mandatory financial responsibility.
He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $92 in court costs.

Victor L. Mitchell was found guilty and given a deferred sentence in Los Alamos Municipal Court for speeding 6 to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay $46 in court fees. He will be sentenced March 24. He was also ordered to attend defensive driving school.

Michelle R. Gustafson was found guilty and given a deferred sentence in Los Alamos Municipal Court for careless driving and causing an accident.
She was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and ordered to attend defensive driving school.

Gabrielle Fretel was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 16-20 miles and hour over the speed limit. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Delia Cruz-Murphy was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour in a school zone. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Gerald Antos was found guilty and given a deferred sentence in Los Alamos Municipal Court for improper backing and causing an accident while doing so.
He was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and ordered to attend defensive driving school. He will be sentenced March 24.

David Esquibel was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court fees.

Richard J. Kapernick was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $75 fine and $46 in court fees.

Nina Gallegos was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay a $75 fine and $46 in court fees.

Jan. 28

Dominic A. Vigil was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court for careless driving and causing an accident.
He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Armengol Jimenez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court fees.

Tamarah Singer was found guilty and given a deferred sentence in Los Alamos Municipal Court for careless driving and causing an accident.
She was ordered to pay $46 in court costs and ordered to attend defensive driving school. She will be sentenced March 28.

Kristy J. Vigil was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court fees.

Luciana E. Chavez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court through Citepay of speeding 11-15 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay a $75 fine and $46 in court fees.

Jan. 29

Ken Duncan was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs with a blood alcohol level of .08. The original charge was aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs with a blood alcohol level of .16.
Duncan was ordered to pay $241 in court costs and undergo 364 days of probation.

Jeffrey S. Moyers was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 16-20 miles and hour over the speed limit, was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Alyssa C. Gill was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to obey a traffic signal. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Edwin M. Peña was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $46 in court fees.
