Dec. 17

Ruben T. Romero was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay. Defendant’s sentence was deferred until Jan. 15. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Kevin Carpenter was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired license plate while parked. Defendant was fined $25.
Dec. 18

The Los Alamos Municipal Court found Patrick Fleming guilty of speeding 6-10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.
Dec. 19

Alicia Gonzales found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of restricted use of bus stop and taxicab stands. Defendant was fined $50.

Mitchell R. Daly was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of disorderly conduct. Defendant was ordered to pay a court fee of $273, and was ordered to 182 days unsupervised probation.

The Los Alamos Magistrate Court found Samuel Villalobos-Villalobos guilty of driving while under the influence of liquor/drugs (.08) (first offense). Defendant was ordered to pay a court fee of $241, and was ordered to undergo supervised probation totaling 364 days.

Ashley C. Martinez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of attempt to commit a felony, to wit: forgery- make or alter ($2,500 or less).
