Dec. 4

Gabino Cisneros was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to yield/stop at sign. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.
Dec. 5

Percinia War was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to appear, and failure to pay. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $92.

Robin B. Naffziger was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant was fined $25, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

The Los Alamos Municipal Court found Alysia D. Dahlby guilty of following too closely (accident). Defendant was ordered to attend community service, and defensive driving school. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Jose L. Rosales was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration and mandatory financial responsibility. Defendant was fined $125 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $130.

The Los Alamos Municipal Court found Carmela L. Aragon guilty of speeding 11-15 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Anne M. Sanchez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6-10 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Brian Gaschen was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay. Defendant’s sentencing was deferred until Jan. 7, 2014. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Robert Sutherland was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of unreasonable animal noise prohibited. Defendant’s sentence was deferred until March 9, 2014. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $60.
