Cheryl Gabaldon, 47, of Los Alamos pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Pat Casados ordered Gabaldon to pay the court a $50 fee for possession of marijuana and a $50 fee for possession of drug paraphernalia, $20 in court costs and $256 in additional fees.

Leticia Atencio, 21, of Los Alamos pleaded nolo contendere in Magistrate Court to the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and the court accepted the plea as an admission of guilt for the purposes of this action only. Judge Pat Casados ordered Atencio to pay the court a $50 fee for possession of marijuana and a $50 fee for possession of drug paraphernalia, $20 in court costs and $256 in additional fees.
Jonathan Etuk, 31, of Espanola pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to the charges of resisting, obstruction or evading an officer and disorderly conduct. Judge Pat Casados sentenced Etuk to serve 364 days of supervised probation, to pay $20 in court costs and $106 in fees.
