Oct. 23

Saurabh Singh was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $75, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Matthew T. Richardson was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Valerie E. Chavez was found guilty of speeding six to 10 mph over the speed limit. Los Alamos Municipal Court fined the defendant $50, and she was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Kim T. Janetsky was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant was fined $25, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Bryan L. Steinfield was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant’s sentence was deferred until Dec. 24. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Helen Y. Hitson was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of unlawful camping. Defendant’s sentence was deferred until Jan. 24. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $60.

Oct. 25

Zoe A. Duran was found guilty of speeding six to 10 mph over the speed limit. Los Alamos Municipal Court fined the defendant $50, and she was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Benjamin R. Lopez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to obey signal. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Kenneth E. Laintz was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Oct. 28

Jeffrey S. Moyers was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay. Defendant was fined $25, was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Timothy Ellis was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired license plate while parked. Defendant was fined $25.

Robert E. Morrison was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving (accident). Defendant’s sentence was deferred until Dec. 26. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $65.

Oct. 29

Michael McNiel was found guilty of stopping, standing, or parking prohibited in specified places. Los Alamos Municipal Court fined the defendant $50.

Tina Derr was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of dangerous animal. Defendant’s sentence was deferred until Jan. 29. Defendant was also ordered to pay a court fee of $60.

Suzanne Wilcox was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs. Defendant was ordered to complete 364 days of supervised probation, and was also ordered to pay a court fee of $241.
