Oct. 11

Barbara Lai was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of failure to obey traffic control devices. Defendant was ordered to pay a court fee of $61, and was ordered to perform unsupervised probation for 30 days.
Oct. 15

Dierdra A. Roybal was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of using illegal turning movements and not making proper signals, and failure to obey traffic control devices. Defendant was ordered to pay $122 in court fees, and was ordered to attend unsupervised probation for 60 days.

Emma Tucker was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of not having a driver’s license. Defendant was ordered to pay $81 in court fees, and was ordered to perform unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Ricky Archuleta was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving without insurance. Defendant was fined $81 and was ordered to complete an unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Jennifer Gaffney was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of having an expired registration. Defendant was ordered to pay a court fee of $81, and was also ordered to perform an unsupervised probation of 30 days.

Oct. 17

Joshua Pearce was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of speeding six to 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, failure to appear, and failure to pay. Defendant was fined $150, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $238. Defendant’s license was also suspended.

Daniel Wolk was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not having a building permit. Defendant was fined $250, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $41.

Armando R. Archuleta was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to obey a traffic sign. Defendant was fined $50, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Oct. 21

Wanda Montoya was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, and failure to pay. Defendant was fined $100, and was ordered to pay a court fee of $92.
