Sept. 19

Brian D. Esquibel was found guilty by the Los Alamos municipal court of speeding 11-15 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $ 75 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

William O. Wray was found guilty by the Los Alamos municipal court of careless driving (accident), and expired registration. Defendant was fined $225 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $92.

Susan Burkle was found guilty by the Los Alamos municipal court of speeding six to 10 mph over the limit. Defendant was fined $50, and ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Weston Horpendahl was found guilty by the Los Alamos municipal court of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Defendant was sentenced to 179 days in jail, with 160 days suspended, and was ordered to serve 19 days in jail. Defendant was fined $750, and ordered to pay $231 in fees, and was also ordered to an interlock device, community service, and residential treatment.
