Sept. 11

Nataliya Mozrsky was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Dennis S. Dick was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
Sept. 12

Manuel Garcia was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of two counts of failing to appear or pay court fines and not wearing seatbelts.
He was fined $67 and ordered to pay $181 in court costs.

Lanessa G. Amburgey was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a sign. The defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Melissa S. Schmidt was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of having an expired registration. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Rhonda Hanson was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of careless driving. She was ordered to pay $81 in court costs and received a deferred sentence on condition of probation.
Probation is for 90 days.
Probation conditions include: Defendant will meet with probation officers within seven days and maintain contact as instructed. Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant shall not possess a firearm or other deadly weapon. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation. Defendant shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment. The defendant must also report to probation within seven days and commit to paying $25 a month in probation fees.

Andrea Rivera was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of resisting, evading or otherwise obstructing an officer (service of process). Rivera was sentenced to 182 days in the Los Alamos County Detention Center with 182 days suspended, and 182 days probation.
She was also ordered to pay $53 in court costs.
She must also commit to paying $25 a month in probation fees.
Sept. 16

Daved English was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of shoplifting. His sentence was deferred until Dec. 15 and he was ordered to pay $41 in court costs.

Nola Schofield was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of outdoor storage of materials, failing to appear in court and being a nuisance to the community.
She was fined $25 and ordered to pay $123 in court costs.

Roy Bohn was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of improper stopping, standing or parking. He was fined $50.

Glen A. Wurden was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jack Richardson was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Warren A. Pippin was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 16 to 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Theodore Watrin was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of five counts of failing to appear in court, not having proper car insurance, and not being licensed as a chauffeur and operator. Watrin received no fines but was ordered to pay $322 in court costs.
Sept. 17

Melissa Carpenter was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of menacing behavior and having animals at large. She was ordered to pay $82 in court costs. For both charges, she received a deferred sentence/plea agreement.

Joy Freymiller was found guilty by Los Alamos Municipal Court of having animals at large. She was fined $25 and ordered to pay $41 in court costs.
