Sept. 4

Donald Thompson was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of stopping, standing, or parking prohibited in specified places. Defendant was fined $50.

Margo J. Buksa was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant was fined $60 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Josef Koller was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6-10 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Alan Kirby was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of an expired license plate while parked. Defendant was fined $25.

Anna L. Nowell was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant was fined $70 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Jeremy J. Pollard was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay, an expired license plate while parked. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Joshua Sherrill was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay, and an expired license plate while parked. Defendant was fined $75 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Arlene Garcia was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to appear. Defendant was fined $25 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Hillary E. Butler was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 16-20 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was ordered to pay a court fee of $46. The defendant was also ordered to attend defensive driving school, and community service. The defendant’s sentence was deferred until Nov. 3.
