Aug. 28

Eric N. Brown was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to yield/ stop at sign. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Ayasha R. Mcclory was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to obey signal. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Aug. 29

Hong Ye was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of two counts of failure to yield/stop at a stop sign. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $92. The defendant was also ordered to attend defensive driving school. The defendant’s sentence was deferred until Oct. 27.

McKenzie C. Logan was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11-15 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $75 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Patrick Scott was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving, failure to drive to right side of street, and speeding 36+ mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $700 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $138. The defendant was also ordered to attend defensive driving school. The defendant’s sentence was deferred until Oct. 27.

Dustin C. Gibbons was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of expired registration. Defendant was fined $25 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Hans W. Herrmann was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6-10 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $46.

Aug. 30

Edwin Theodore was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to pay, failure to appear, and speeding 6 to 10 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $150 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $238. His license was also suspended.

Aug. 31

Lynne D. Chamberline was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of following too closely, and speeding 16 to 20 mph over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $150 and was ordered to pay a court fee of $92.
