Michael Linzey, 29, of Los Alamos pled guilty in Magistrate Court to the charge of interference with communications and criminal trespass. Linzey also pled nolo contendere (no contest) to the charge of battery against a household member, which the court accepted as an admission of guilt for the purposes of this action only. Judge Pat Casados sentenced Linzey to supervised probation for an unspecified number of days and to attend a minimum of 25 anger management sessions. The judge also ordered Linzey to pay a $25 monthly probation fee and $179 in fees and court costs.

Leslie Cort, 19, of Los Alamos pled no contest in Magistrate Court to the charge of trespass, which the court accepted as an admission of guilt for the purposes of this action only. Judge Pat Casados sentenced Cort to 180 days of unsupervised probation, to perform 24 hours of supervised community service and to pay a $15 community service fee. The judge also ordered Cort to pay $73 in fees and court costs.

Jessica Weiss, 30, of Los Alamos pled not guilty in Magistrate Court to the charge of attempt to commit forgery. Judge Pat Casados found Weiss guilty and sentenced her to alcohol and drug screening and treatment and 364 days of unsupervised probation. The judge also ordered Weiss to pay $73 in fees and court costs.
