David Rael, 34, of Los Alamos entered a guilty plea in Magistrate Court for DWI. Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados ordered Rael to enter alcohol screening and treatment, attend DWI school, place an interlock device on his vehicle, face a victim impact panel, serve 364 days of supervised probation, perform 24 hours of supervised community service, pay $302 in fees and fines and a $25 monthly probation fee.
Margie Lou Martinez, 52, of Los Alamos entered a guilty plea in Magistrate Court for DWI. Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados ordered Martinez to enter alcohol screening and treatment, attend DWI school, place an interlock device on her vehicle, face a victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of supervised community service, serve 364 days of supervised probation and pay $241 in fees and fines.
Jesus Ruelas, 32, of Los Alamos entered a guilty plea in Magistrate Court for DWI. Judge Pat Casados ordered Ruelas to enter alcohol screening and treatment, attend DWI school, place an interlock device on his vehicle, face a victim impact panel, serve 364 days of unsupervised probation, perform 24 hours of supervised community service, pay $241 in fees and fines.
