The information pertaining to these cases was derived from the dockets of the Los Alamos Municipal and Magistrate Courts.

July 8

James Reagan was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of speeding one to 10 miles over the posted speed limit. He was fined $15 and ordered to pay $61 in court costs.

Aug. 7

Emilie Passemar was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. She has been fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
Aug. 8

Santiago Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 21 to 25 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. He has been fined $150 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jose F. Ortiz was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving with an expired registration. He was fined $70 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Monica Maceira was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to yield/stop at sign. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Ian J. Hubbard was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of improper handling of fire. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $73 in court costs.

Christopher Finke was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of commercial burglary attempt, assault upon a police officer, and misdemeanor embezzlement. The defendant was ordered to pay $219 in court costs. In addition, he was sentenced to 364 days of unsupervised probation.
Aug. 12

Albert J. Martinez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Catherine Troy was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. She has been fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Joan N. Coon was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving with an expired registration. She was fined $70 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
Aug. 13

Paul A. Jaramillo was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failure to yield/stop at sign. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Austin R. Gardner was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving without a license. He was fined $25 and ordered to pay $81 in court costs.

Fernando Jose Rodrigues Jr. was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs. He was fined $500 and ordered to pay $241 in court costs.
In addition, he was sentenced to two years of supervised probation with the Los Alamos County Probation, under the conditions that he attend at least 10 sessions of alcohol screening, have an ignition interlock device on all vehicles operated, and check in with his probation officer until he is accepted into treatment.

Camille Hickerson was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of driving while under the influence of liquor and/or drugs. She was ordered to pay $241 in court costs. In addition, she was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation.
During that time, she must enter and participate in alcohol/drug screening with at least six sessions of any recommended treatment, complete DWI school within 90 days, participate in the Victim Impact Program within 90 days, and obtain an ignition interlock device on all operated vehicles.

Daniel T. Yamada was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $73 in court costs. In addition, he was sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation. He must also participate in alcohol/drug screening and take part in any treatment recommended for at least six sessions.
