Sergio Escarcega, 27, of Los Alamos pled guilty to DWI, speeding and driving without a license. Judge Pat Casados sentenced Escarcega to 364 days of supervised probation, a treatment program, to face a victim impact panel, DWI school, to maintain an alcohol interlock device on his vehicle for one year and to pay $25 each month in probation fees. The judge also ordered Escarcea to pay $363 in court costs.
July 19
Ryan Skelton, 26, of Los Alamos pled guilty to possession of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Magistrate Judge Pat Casados sentenced Skelton to probation and to enter a treatment program. The judge also ordered Skelton to pay $276 in court costs, which includes a $150 substance abuse fee.
July 21
Barbara Griego, 39, of Los Alamos pled and was found guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct and per a plea agreement with the state pled and was found not guilty of battery against a household member and assault against a household member. Magistrate Judge Pat Casados sentenced Griego to 180 days of unsupervised probation and ordered her to pay $73 in court fees.
