June 18

Melanie Maxey pled no contest to the Los Alamos Municipal Court of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, driving with an open container and improper lane changes. Defendant was fined $750 and ordered to pay $250 in court costs. Defendant was ordered to 10 days in the Los Alamos County Detention Center and after that, a year on supervised probation
Probation conditions include: Defendant will meet with probation officers within seven days and maintain contact as instructed. The defendant is to participate in alcohol education classes or treatment. The defendant shall enter, participate in and successfully complete DWI school within 90 days. The defendant shall enter participate in and successfully participate in an intensive outpatient therapy program based on the result of an assessment of alcohol use.
The defendant is to participate in alcohol education classes or treatment with at least six sessions. Give credit for 30 day program.
Defendant must also obtain an ignition interlock license and have an interlock ignition device installed on all vehicles defendant drives for one year. The defendant will pay all costs associated with installing the interlock devices as well. Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant will comply with all court ordered conditions of probation. Defendant shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment.
The defendant must also complete 48 hours of community service, and commit to paying $40 a month probation fees to the Los Alamos Municipal Court.
June 19
Donald L. Martinez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles and hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

Andrea E. Dallas was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to display a current, valid registration plate. Defendant was fined $80 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

Jvona W. Cowart was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles and hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
June 20

Pat Wolfe was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for failing to display current valid registration plate while parked. Defendant was fined $50.
June 23

Maureen White pled guilty to the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of failing to yield. Defendant was fined $10 and ordered to pay $61 in court costs.

Julia M. Hagenstad pled no contest to the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to display a current, valid registration plate. Defendant was fined $25 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

Sandra M. Lohsen was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to immediately report a car accident. Defendant was ordered to pay $65 in court costs. Was also sentenced to defensive driving school. Sentencing deferred until Sept. 20.

Randall McClaskey was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to yield or stop at a traffic sign. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
June 24

Ryan T. Hooke was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court. Defendant was fined $25 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

Stanley L. Obrey was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $75 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
