May 28

Jeremiah D. Morris was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court, failing to pay court fees and/or fines and failure to yield or stop at a traffic sign.

Scott Wallin was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of abusing the restricted use of bus stop and taxi stands. Defendant was fined $50.

Joshua Painter pled no contestin Los Alamos Magistrate Court of disorderly conduct and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Defendant was ordered to pay $146 in court costs and undergo unsupervised probation for 182 days.

Cynthia Rooney pled no contest in the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of failing to yield right-of-way to an oncoming vehicle. Defendant was ordered to pay $61 in court costs and received a deferred sentence. Defendant also received a month of unsupervised probation.
