Jay Schmahl was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not displaying a proper, valid registration while parked. Defendant was fined $25.

 

Benjamin H. Ngulyn was found guilty of failing to obey a traffic signal. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs. 

May 2

 

Sheridan L. Barnes was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to pay and speeding 16 to 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $150 and ordered to pay $130 in court costs. 

 

Trevor Orr was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not having car insurance and failing to display a current, valid registration. Defendant was ordered to pay $130 in court costs. Sentencing deferred until June 30.

 

Andres Gonzales was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

 

Adrian Fernandez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of improper stopping, standing or parking. He was fined $50. 

May 5

 

Jeff Aslin was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not having a business registration or a license. He was ordered to pay $60 in court costs. Sentencing deferred until Aug. 5. 

 

Anita K. Archuleta pleaded no contest to the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was ordered to pay $65 in court costs and attend defensive driving school. Sentence was deferred until July 3. 

 

Kevin McCurdy was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to display a proper, valid registration while parked. Defendant was fined $50.

May 6

 

Chuck Cotter pleaded no contest to the Los Alamos Municipal Court for having animals that made prohibitive noise. Defendant was ordered to pay $60 in court costs. Sentence deferred until Aug. 6. 

 

Cindy Burrell pleaded no contest to the Los Alamos Municipal Court for not having the proper car insurance and for not being a licensed operator and/or chauffeur. Defendant was fined $200 and ordered to pay $130 in court costs.
