Derrick Jameson, Los Alamos, pleaded no contest in Los Alamos Magistrate Court to battery. Judge Pat Casados found Jameson guilty and ordered him to pay a $73 fee and to six months unsupervised probation.

Clinton Green, Chama, pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to use or possession of drug paraphernalia and no contest to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Casados found Green guilty on both charges and ordered him to pay  $351 in fees and fines.

Tammy Fredenburg, 39, Los Alamos, pleaded guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court to having an expired license plate while parked. Judge Alan Kirk ordered Fredenburg to pa a $50 fine.

Gowri Srinivasan, 38, Los Alamos, pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to improper backing. According to a copy of the citation, Srinivasan had backed out of a driveway and was struck by another vehicle. She did not see the oncoming traffic. Kirk gave her a deferred sentence of 60 days while she completes a defensive driving course and 10 hours of community service.

David Seigel, 31, Los Alamos, pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to having an expired license plate while parked. He was sentenced to pay a $25 fine.
