March 5

Angelo Herrera, 29, Santa Fe, pleaded no contest in Municipal Court for parking in a prohibited area. Judge Alan Kirk found him guilty of that offense and a subsequent offense of failure to pay. He was ordered to pay a $96 fine.
March 7

Timothy McCurdy, 52, Española, pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to casual sales of a motor vehicle. Judge Kirk ordered him to pay a $50 fine.

Sarah Manzanares, Los Alamos, pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to DWI. She was initially charged with aggravated DWI. Judge Pat Casados ordered her to one year probation, to obtain an ignition interlock device, and pay a $241 fee.                                                          
March 8

Alicia Cisneros, 39, Santa Fe, pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to 21-25 mph over the speed limit. She told the officer that she was trying to get to work early. Kirk fined her $196.
