Feb. 26

Teri L Scott-Nixon was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

Marion K. Davis was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

John S. Loughead was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
Feb. 27

Kenneth G. Hegedorn was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not displaying the current, valid registration plate and not having proper car insurance. He was fined $75 and ordered to pay $130 in court costs.

Randy C. Mock was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal court of failing to pay.
Sentence deferred until March 28. Defendant was ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

David Martinez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Muncipal Court of having an expired license plate while parked. He was fined $25.

Joseph C. Harris was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine, as well as $65 in court fees.

John D. Herrera was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles and hour over the speed limit and not having the proper registration. He was fined $80 and ordered to pay $130 in court costs.

David Brown was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not having the proper operating license for chauffeurs. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
Feb. 28

Gregory S. Cunningham was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
March 3

Teresa M. Rice was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of having a pet that made unreasonable noise and failing to appear. Her sentence was deferred until May 1. Defendant was also ordered to pay $101.

Christine Chavez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of stopping, standing or parking prohibited in specified places. Defendant received a deferred sentence until April 1. She was also sentenced to community service.

Darren Hughes was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of not having the proper registration plate while parked. He was fined $25.

Anna M. Sanchez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court, not having the proper license for a chauffeur, and two counts of failure to pay.
She was ordered to pay $241 in court costs and a $150 fine.

Donald G. Norris was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court. Defendant was ordered to pay $65 in court costs.

Yasmin Acosta Segundo was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court for driving with a suspended license.
Sentencing is deferred on conditions of probation. Defendant was ordered to pay $81 in court fees. Defendant was sentenced to two months of supervised probation.
Probation conditions include:
Defendant shall notify the court of any change of address within 48 hours.
Upon successful completion of deferral conditions, charges will be dismissed. Deferral period shall be 60 days.
Defendant shall refrain from receiving any other citations during the deferment period. If the defendant fails to comply with the requirements set forth, the deferment agreement shall be forfeited. Deferred fines will be imposed and citations will be supported to the Department of Motor Vehicles accordingly. A bench warrant may be issued for the defendant’s arrest.

Thomas Betts was found guilty by the Los Alamos County Magistrate Court of failing to yield. He was fined $10 and ordered to pay $61 in court costs.

Richard J. Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of receiving stolen property ($250 or less) and criminal trespass into a posted area. Martinez was fined $50 and ordered to pay $126 in court costs.

Mark D. Henins was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of not doing proper turning movements and required signals.
Defendant was fined $10 and was ordered to pay $86 in court costs.
March 4

Austin Lee Cox was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court for use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant was fined $50 and was ordered to pay $148. Defendant was also sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation.

Raymond Jacquez was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $65 in court costs.
