Feb. 21

Dustin Taylor pleaded no contest in Municipal Court to speeding leading to an accident. The court found him guilty and fined him $46.

Terrance McCabe pleaded no contest to careless driving leading to an accident. Judge Alan Kirk found him guilty and McCabe was fined $46.

Amanda Marksteiner pleaded guilty to speeding 6-10 mph over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay $96.

Jeff Wetteland pleaded no contest to having a loud unreasonable unidentified animal. He was found guilty and ordered to pay a $41.

Charles Williams pleaded not guilty in Municipal Court to running a stop sign. He was found guilty and ordered to pay a $41 fine.

Anna Nelson pleaded no contest to careless driving resulting in an accident. She was fined $46.

Feb. 22

Marie Dorothy Martinez pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to speeding 16-20 mph over the speed limit. She was found guilty and ordered to pay a $146 fine.

Deborah Apoda-Capesiri pleaded guilty to speed 11-15 mph over the speed limit. She was fined $121. She was later cited Feb. 23 for driving with an expired registration and for failure to appear in court. She pleaded no contest to the offenses, but was found guilty of all of them. She’s ordered to pay a $163 fine.

Feb. 23

Lea Martinez pleaded no contest to driving with an expired registration. She was found guilty, but her sentence was deferred until March 23. She has to pay a $46 fine.

Frank Domingues pleaded no contest in Municipal Court for failure to pay. He was found guilty and ordered to pay a $96 fine.

Deborah Morley pleaded no contest to speeding 11-15 mph over the speed limit. She was found guilty, but her sentence was deferred until April 23. She was ordered to pay a $46 fine and take a defensive driving course.

Xiaojing Zhang pleaded guilty to speeding 16-20 mph over the speed limit and attempting to flee a police officer. As part of a plea agreement, Zhang was ordered to enroll in defensive driving school and pay a $242 fine.

Sheng Shuhong pleaded no contest to speeding 16-20 mph and to having an expired registration. He was found guilty of the two offenses and ordered to enroll in defensive driving school, but his sentencing was deferred until April 23. Zhang was also ordered to pay a $122 fine.

Ricardo Nieves-Plascencia pleaded to no contest in Municipal Court for driving without a license and speeding 11-15 mph over the speed limit. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $217 fine.

Daniel Rodriguez pleaded no contest to failure to appear and pay on two occasions, driving without a license and failing to produce his vehicle registration on demand. He was found guilty of all the offenses and ordered to pay a $188 fine.

Janet Schramm pleaded guilty to not using a seatbelt. She was ordered to pay a $96 fine.

Andres Dow pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to jaywalking. He was ordered to pay a $25 fine.
