Michael McCormick, Los Alamos, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct in Magistrate Court. Judge Pat Casados found McCormick guilty and sentenced him to six month of supervised probation. He is also ordered to pay $73 in fees.
Jan. 24
Jeffrey Majors, Los Alamos, pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to driving under the influence of drugs as part of a plea agreement. He was initially charged with aggravated DWI, speeding and having an open container. The latter two charges were dismissed by the state. Judge Pat Casados sentenced Majors to a year of unsupervised probation and is ordered to install an ignition interlock device and perform 24 hours of community service. He is also ordered to pay $241 in court fees.
Henry Flores, Los Alamos, was found guilty in Magistrate Court of careless driving as part of a plea agreement. He was initially charged with careless driving, drunk driving, failing to yield right of way and having an open container. The latter three were dropped by the state. Flores was sentenced to 90 days of probation and is required to participate in an alcohol/drug screening program.
Jan. 25
Marcus Tranmer, Jemez Springs, pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to shoplifting. Judge Pat Casados ordered Tranmer to pay a $50 fine and $73 in fees.
