Patrick Metzger, 35, of Centennial, Colo., pleaded no contest in Magistrate Court to the charge of Driving Under the Influence of liquor or drugs. Judge Pat Casados found Metzger guilty and sentenced him to serve 364 days of supervised probation and ordered him to participate in drug/alcohol screening, complete a treatment program, install an interlock device on his vehicle, complete DWI school, attend a Victims Impact Panel and pay $241 in court fees.
Kevin Matzke, 23, of Los Alamos pleaded not guilty in Magistrate Court to the charges of Driving Under the Influence of liquor or drugs and failure to stop before emerging from an alley or driveway. Judge Pat Casados found Matzke guilty and sentenced him to serve 364 days of unsupervised probation and ordered him to participate in drug/alcohol screening, complete a treatment program, install an interlock device on his vehicle, complete DWI school, attend a Victims Impact Panel and pay $302 in court fees.

Juliette Broadhurst, 20, of Jemez Springs pleaded not guilty in Magistrate Court to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Pat Casados found Broadhurst guilty and ordered her to pay $148 in court fees.
