This summer, delight in music that celebrates the human experience. Exploration and curiosity. Mysticism and devotion. Romance and passion. Sacrifice and radiance.
The Santa Fe Desert Chorale are offering one of Santa Fe’s concert series for the 2014 Summer Festival. Culminating in a delightful performance of Mozart’s final masterwork, the Requiem, along with a number of arias featuring Mezzo Soprano Susan Graham, each and every concert on our classical series is a carefully curated pastiche of choral music.
The Desert Chorale also welcomes back Voasis to Santa Fe for a program of pop and jazz favorites for the entire family. Voasis will also entertain at the 2014 Gala, “You Only Sing Twice!”
Also, join the traditional Opening Night Dinner at La Terraza in La Fonda on Santa Fe’s historic plaza.
The summer programs from the Classical Series:
“The New World: Music of the Americas.” Today, July 19, 25, 27 and Aug. 2.
“A Romantic Evening with Brahms.” July 22, 26, 31 and Aug. 1.
