Council to discuss West Jemez Bypass

The county council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in a regular session in Council Chambers in the Community Building. The last council meeting of 2007 will see a discussion  and update on West Jemez Bypass project, with Public Works Director Kyle Zimmerman, and  a discussion and possible action for councilors on the functions and requirements for the police department in the proposed judicial/police jail complex from project manager David Apple.Assistant County Administrator Tony Mortillaro present an item on the business agenda about a settlement and release of claims between the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation and Los Alamos County in respect to the Los Alamos Research Park. Tuesday’s meeting will be televised on PAC-8.
