County council will be back in Los Alamos at 7 p.m. Tuesday night for the regular council meeting. Last week’s work session was held at the town hall in White Rock, but this week’s meeting will be in council chambers.

This week’s consent agenda is heavy once again, featuring seven items up for approval. The first item is the approval of Modification M016 to the electric coordination agreement between the county and the National Nuclear Security Administration.

The second item is the vacation of utility easement within Lot 357 of Western Area No. 1.

The third item is a resolution removing uncollectible accounts from the county’s accounts receivable list.

The FY2009 year-end budget revisions are also on the consent agenda, as is approval for submission of grant applications to the New Mexico Energy Minerals and Natural Resources Department for stimulus funding for energy efficiency, renewable energy and recycling projects.

The last item on the consent agenda is the approval of an agreement between the county and the Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization.

There are four items slated for the business agenda Tuesday night. The first is an amendment to the county’s Services Agreement No. AGR3414-09 with the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation to provide economic development services.

The second item is a briefing to council regarding the county radio and fiber infrastructure study.

The third item pertains to the vacation of a road and parking easement at 1372 Central Avenue and 1362 Trinity Drive, Lots 2 and 3, Subdivision of Tract Q Eastern Area No. 2.

The last business item is approval of the annual salary increases for the county administrator, county attorney and the utilities manager.
