White Rock Paving Preservation:
Milling will start on Bryce between east of Verbena to Meadow Lane on Monday, July 15 followed by milling on Louise. As work progresses next week, milling operations will move to Kayenta, then Joya Loop Meadow to Meadow, followed by the Joya Loop cul-de-sac. Flyers will be distributed to residents 48 hours in advance of milling occurring on their street. Paving of these streets will follow in the same order starting the week of July 22.
Eastern Area 2 Concrete, Paving & Utility Project – Phase 2:
Concrete work will begin on the north side of Verde Ridge on Monday. Flyers were distributed to affected residents on Friday, July 12 providing information regarding parking restrictions.
Rim Road at Canyon will be closed starting Monday, July 15. Residents should use 6th to Quartz as the detour route. This closure will be in effect for seven days allowing the contractor to build the valley gutter across the Canyon and Rim Road intersection.
Trenching for utility work has started on the north end of 15th Street; this work will require lane shifts with possible flagging operations. Please use caution when traveling through the work zone and pay attention to traffic control devices within the work areas. When possible, motorists are urged to seek alternate routes.
