Toys for Tots
Help the U.S. Marines by donating new, unwrapped toys for their toy drive. Items may be dropped off at “R” wing of Los Alamos High School, in the NJROTC building by Dec. 3.

Donate bazaar items
Many items are still needed for the Children’s Christmas Bazaar. Donation drop-off boxes are located at Trinity on the Hill, Betty Ehart Senior Center and Curves for Women. Suggestions (new or like-new) are toys, games, puzzles, jewelry, unopened lotions and soaps, mugs, Christmas items, figurines, slippers, scarves, kitchen  items, gifts for men (ties, wallets, slippers). Items are needed by Dec. 2, the event is Dec. 4. Please call Cathy at 662-5266 or Beth at 662-3433 for more information.

Be a snow angel
The senior centers would like to identify people in Los Alamos and White Rock who would be willing to provide snow removal for seniors, and in so doing, be a snow angel.
The Betty Ehart Senior Center often gets calls from elders who need this service. Those willing to help should call the Betty Ehart Senior Center at 662-8920, or the White Rock Senior Center at 662-8200 and give them your contact information.
