Calendars available

Friends of the Shelter Calendars are available for a limited time at the following locations Animal Clinic of Los Alamos, Ridgeview Vet, Brownell’s Hallmark,CB Fox, Pet Pangaea and Otowi Station.  
Coordinator needed
Habitat for Humanity of Española Valley and Los Alamos, Inc. needs a volunteer coordinator. The volunteer coordinator needs to possess good computer skills as well as enjoy working directly with Habitat for Humanity volunteers.

Be a snow angel

The senior centers would like to identify people in Los Alamos and White Rock who would be willing to provide snow removal for seniors, and in so doing, be a snow angel.  
The Betty Ehart Senior Center often gets calls from elders who need this service.
Those willing to help should call the Betty Ehart Senior Center at 662-8920, or the White Rock Senior Center at 662-8200 and give them your contact info.
