Mexico Mission

Items are currently being accepted for the Mexico Mission Auction, March 6. The auction will raise funds to build homes during spring break. To donate items call 662-2971. The auction will be March 6 at the United Church. A silent auction will be from 2-3 p.m., with a live auction at 3 p.m. Donations can be made through Feb. 27. The United Church is located at 2525 Canyon Road.

D’Souza to speak
at United Church

 Dinesh D’Souza, author of “What’s So Great About Christianity” will be in Los Alamos March 19 and 20 at the United Church of Los Alamos. A forum will be from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. March 19 and includes lunch. registration is $30. D’Souza will also speak after the 9:30 service on March 20, which is free and open to the public. Copies of D’Souza’s book will be available at both events. For more information visitwww.unitedchurchla.org  or call  662-2971.
