The Los Alamos County Council will meet on Tuesday, first in closed session at 5 p.m. to discuss the lease agreements between the county and schools and the Boyer Company development and lease agreements. At the conclusion of the closed session, the council will conduct a work session. The work sessions are normally held in White Rock, but this session will be in Council Chambers at 475 20th St.The first item on the agenda is a proclamation declaring 2007-2008 as the 60th anniversary of the Los Alamos County Ice Rink. The proclamation reads, in part: “As the only outdoor ice rink in New Mexico, the Los Alamos County Ice Rink is a unique asset for our community and consistently receives high marks from our citizens regarding its operation.”The business agenda includes an overview of the 2007 employee survey results, presented by Human Resources Manager Sharyl Hofer, and a presentation of the fiscal year 2007 comprehensive annual financial report with auditor’s opinions by Chief Financial Officer Steven Lynne. There are also items regarding the safety of N.M.
