Instead of the usual White Rock venue, Tuesday’s county council meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Training Room of Fire Station No. 3.
The agenda has two consent items slated for approval. The first is the approval of a services agreement with Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. for professional engineering, planning and project management consulting services for the Los Alamos Airport.
The second item is the approval of coordination services for the FY 2010 Sister Cities Exchange.
The first item of business will be the adoption of the FY 2011 budget. The second item is the FY 2011 Revised Compensation Plan.
Council will also consider names submitted by the public for the renaming of the Airport Basin Site and roadway leading to the site.
The last item on the business agenda is discussion of the county newsletter.
In addition, appointments will be made to the Board of Adjustment.
Because the meeting will be held at the fire station, it will not be broadcast on PAC-8 nor will it be available for streaming via the Internet. However, the meeting will be broadcast on KRSN AM 1490.
