According to the search warrants involving Fairview Pharmacy in Espanola and Los Alamos Medical Center Pharmacy, a doctor and several medical assistants at Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico are suspected of involvement in the issuing of fraudulent prescriptions for schedule two narcotics.

Three prescriptions are made out to MANNM medical assistant Nadine Cruz, 27, along with six transactions allegedly under her signature.
According to court documents, between Sept. 25, 2008 and Aug. 26, 2009, Cruz received 1,280 Oxycodone pills and 900 Hydrocodone pills.

Alladi also is listed in court documents as the prescribing doctor for 736 Hydrocodone pills to Chacon and 780 Oxycodone to MANNM medical assistant Holli Coen, 36.
