Big Brothers Big Sisters prepares for big fundraiser

The premier fundraising event for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Mexico (BBBS) is getting underway. Sunday’s Santa Fe Community Bowl For Kids’ Sake is the first of several all-day events set to occur throughout the month. Sunday’s activities take place at Silva Lanes in Santa Fe and the Española Bowl at the Big Rock Bowling Center.On April 20, the First Lady’s Bowl, for government employees, will be held at Silva Lanes in Santa Fe.The Pojoaque Community Bowl For Kids’ Sake will take place April 27 at the Strike Gold Bowling Center at the Cities of Gold Casino.The Los Alamos Resource Board of BBBS met Wednesday at Mesa Public Library to discuss final preparations for the upcoming events.
