The Desert Sage Weavers will host a fiber arts show from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. today at Morning Glory Bakery, 1377 Diamond Drive, across from Los Alamos High School.
The Pool Pumpkin Splash will be held from 2-4 p.m. today at the Larry R. Walkup Aquatic Center. Tickets are $5. 662-8170.
Los Alamos Community Winds will kick off its 2007-2008 season with a concert at 2 p.m. today in the Betty Ehart Senior Center. The concert will feature music by composer Antonin Dvorák. Admission is free, but a $5 donation is requested.
PEEC will host a performance lecture, "The Dark Side of Plants," presented by Thomas Antonio and Carol Johnson of the New Mexico Native Plant Society. The talk begins at 7 p.m. today at the PEEC.
